Latvian Peace Pagoda is a stupa of Enlightenment, and therefore it provides the opportunity for all living beings to get free from the accumulated negative karma. It harmonizes one’s personality, connecting the mind and the body. Peace Pagoda also brings together Teacher and disciple, the spiritual and the material, giving us the opportunity to grow and perfect ourselves.

The healing aspect of the Pagoda is miraculous and is related to the establishment of the balance within the human body and mind. It also creates a balance with the environment, including the ecology, invisibly improving it, especially in the region where the pagoda is located.

There are regular events and meetings with the Lamas of Tibet, Nepal and India held in various cities of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, so that the greatest possible number of people become aware of the Pagoda, are able to visit it, obtain harmony, become happier and generate the salvaging connection with the Teachings.

We are grateful to everyone who participated in the construction of the Latvian Peace Pagoda. Special grattitude to His Eminence Nubpa Rinpoche and Lama Yudra Rinpoche. We are also grateful to Lho Kunzang Rinpoche, Patrul Rinpoche, Lama Sonam Dzhorpel Rinpoche, Lama Thrangu Rinpoche and all the other lamas who participated in the construction, maintenance and filling of the Latvian Peace Pagoda.

A lot of effort and money was put into construction of Pagoda. Regular maintenance works at the Pagoda and development of the adjacent areas (retreat center, leasure park, etc.) also require constant investment. Funds mainly come from Pagoda entrance fees and donations.

Any contribution to the development and maintenance of the Pagoda generates contact with it, which helps to maintain our mental and physical strength for the rest of our lifetime.

Supporting Pagoda gives the opportunity to obtain immeasurable merit for ourselves as well as helping multitude of living beings to reach Enlightenment, not only in the present time, but during the whole Pagoda’s funcionality. Helping spiritual projects increases the good deed’s potential and thus the situation changes for the better in the whole country!
