The successful progression on the Spiritual Path is impossible without the guidance and instructions from the qualified Teacher. Wisdom and limitless compassion of the realised Teacher help the disciple to overcome the obstacles and eliminate the suffering to attain the state of happiness and Omniscience.

The accomplishment of the highest spiritual goals is only possible with the blessings of the realised Teacher. With the Teacher’s blessings any undertaking will be successfully completed and will bring benefit to all living beings.

During the meeting in November 2007 His Holiness The Dalai Lama encouraged the construction of the Peace Stupa in Latvia by the following words: "May this building and your work become a condition that will lead all living beings to mental and physical happiness".
